Shani Eisenaman

Shani Eisenman brings over a decade of experience building and leading accelerators, innovation programs, and investment platforms.

At CivicLabs, she leads all startup-related activities, from sourcing and evaluating ventures to designing tailored growth programs and supporting business development, fundraising, and commercialization efforts. Prior to CivicLabs, Shani held senior leadership roles across multiple accelerators, innovation centers, and investment platforms, where she helped dozens of startups secure their first investment rounds and scale their businesses.

Shani holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Statistics and an MBA.
