  1. Introduction

CivicLabs Ltd. (“CivicLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), registered in Israel and operating internationally, is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website at civic-labs.com (“the Website”) and interact with our services.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, the legal basis for processing it, and your rights in relation to it. It applies to all visitors to the Website regardless of location. CivicLabs operates under Israeli privacy law — the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended, including by Amendment No. 13, 5784-2024 (“Amendment 13”), which entered into force on August 14, 2025 — and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the GDPR applies to the processing of your personal data.

  1. Who We Are

This assessment is reviewed periodically as our operations evolve. All privacy-related enquiries should be directed to contact@civic-labs.com.
