Tirza Arav

Tirza Arav is VP, Change Management at CivicLabs and an organizational consultant, leading efforts to support the adoption of new technologies in the built environment, working with municipalities and ecosystem partners. Her sociology thesis examined barriers to technology adoption in the construction industry, and she applies that lens to designing frameworks for evaluating technologies and leading training and adoption strategies for complex projects.

She brings over two decades of international management experience in operations and process improvement, including senior operations and country management roles in China.
